10 Reasons to Drop Facebook (a rant by a dude on Gizmodo--he's right, tho', so read it & be concerned, too)

10. Facebook's Terms Of Service are completely one-sided
Let's start with the basics. Facebook's Terms Of Service state that not only do they own your data (section 2.1), but if you don't keep it up to date and accurate (section 4.6), they can terminate your account (section 14).

I remember having a conversation with @lilpecan about privacy on the 'net and we both wondered what happens when sites like Facebook get things wrong and #10 answers the question--it turns out that it's our fault if sites like Facebook get it wrong.

Nice. I'll begin blaming myself now...
