It is pretty silly, when you think about it–I mean–the USSR had almost as many nukes as we did and there was no Patriot Act in the 1980s. And now we’re supposed to be afraid of a handful of guys in the desert getting a single nuke when those of us who remember the cold war were staring down the barrel of a gun firing thousands of nukes at us? Seems like America has turned into a bunch of fraidy cats.
