Not sure if this guy is an alien or a robot or both–an alien robot? Or an alien robot CYBORG!?!? Regardless, I imagine he is a kind of journalist who records everything he is exposed to. Imagine if a couple hundred of these just showed up one day in every town and city around the world. If we suddenly had proof that we were being watched by some unknown entity, would we behave differently?
