In the first pic you can see the flag hanging on the Jersey-side of the GWB but, by the time I took the second pic, the flag was twisting in the wind (oh, the metaphors!). The final pic is of the Ft. Washington Memorial that commemorates those that died protecting Ft. Washington back, during the Revolutionary War (I try to visit it every year on Memorial Day).
