Anyone know the difference between these two "Wall-E" Blu-Ray 2-disc sets? I mean, aside from price?

I saw these two DVDs at Best Buy yesterday.  They're both Blu-Ray, 2-Disc sets, but aside from minor packaging differences and the fairly major $5 price difference, how are they different?

 Check out the backside of these DVD sets.  You don't even need to get closer than this to see the features are identical, too.

Sometimes corporations confuse me...
