Just watching CNN while finishing up my onigiri from Famima and Lou Dobbs was on, promoing his show that starts at 3pm PST and he said that there are reports of "manageable" e-voting problems across the country. What does "manageable" mean? I know what "manageable" means, I just don't understand what it means in this context. To me, any problems are bad. That means democracy is having a hard time of it--all problems are manageable, but if ONE person can't vote, then that means democracy isn't working as well as it should.
