But there's a lot to dislike about this movie beyond the complete lack of interesting characters or emotional resonance. The entire plot was a contrived mess with no clear elements to grab on to as an audience member. With no antagonist and an ending so predictable and cliche you'll swear you've seen it before (because you have).
There are a few neat visuals for sure, but ultimately this is simply not a well made film.
