Oh, man--I've got to get it NOTARIZED??? My puppet wins an HD Pocket cam and I've got to find a notary. So I have to pay for a notary to get the prize... Why was the Mountain Dew Dewlabs contest so much easier? These guys want me to fill out a W-9. What sense does that make since the cam is worth less than $300. Isn't that the minimum before you have to start paying taxes?
