So, I'm listenning to the ABC World News podcast from last night on the bus to work this morning and they ran all this footage of Republicans challenging Dems who are critical of Bush's New Plan for Iraq (tm). What they were saying was something like: "Well, if the Democrats don't like the president's plan why don't they put forward their own plan?" This, of course, slays me because there's already an alternative plan to an escalation of troops in Iraq--it's a really obvious plan, too. What is this plan? You have to ask? GET OUT OF IRAQ COMPLETELY! DUUUUUUH! Of course, then, we'd be failing in Iraq. Newsflash, folks: We've already failed in Iraq.
