Combine this with the fact that my parents can't afford to keep my grandmother in an assisted living home anymore (she's moving back in with my mom and step-dad, who is currently fighting cancer, himself) and I've got to seriously wonder...
Why is it that we can bail banks and businesses out but when hospitals and poor people are threatened, the government doesn't do anything.
