You can't see all the cop cars but you can see some of the police lights.
From the Starbucks I'm in it looks like the SUV has grease pencil writing on the windshield which suggests it's recently been impounded. When the cops opened the driver side door no one got out. Not sure what's up.
They're letting traffic go by now...
